New lead guitar player!

We are very happy to announce Sirenia’s new lead guitar player. Jan Erik Soltvedt has joined the band and will fill in the place as lead guitarist.
Some of you already knows Jan Erik from the shows at Wacken and GSM Fest. We wish him welcome onboard and look forward to more touring together.
First up is the South American tour, so we ask all our South American fans to give Jan Erik a warm welcome.

South America Tour 2011 (final dates)

An update for the south America tour. The promoter has taken off the show in
Curitiba on the 30th of October and added an extra show in São Paulo instead. We are
sorry for the inconvenience that this have caused for those of you that planned to go to
the show in Curitiba, but this decision was not made by the band, and so beyond our
control. A refund for your ticket should be available where you bought it.

South America tour 2011
Sirenia are very pleased to be touring in South America again. This time we will visit the following countries: Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Brazil. It will be our first time in Chile and Peru, always great and exciting to visit new countries on our tours. Statement Masters of Rock

It was with sad hearts that we had to cancel our show for Masters of Rock in Czech Rep.
The KLM flight from Kristiansand to Amsterdam was cancelled due to water leakage in
the cockpit, which resulted in that our drummer Jonathan could not make it to
the festival in time.

KLM were not able to get him from Kristiansand to Prague until the next day.
Due to a very limited amount of flights going out of Kjevik airport in Kristiansand KLM were
not able to rebook the flight via other companies either.

We did all in our power to make the show happen, but things beyond our control
unfortunately made it impossible this time. The promoter has invited Sirenia for next years
edition of Masters of Rock, so we promise that we will be back and make it all up to you.
